This is the first component of the innovative SkyLIGHT™ 4X partner program, which Accedian will launch this summer. The Accedian A/NPM-as-a-Service allows MSPs to better serve their enterprise customers who are undertaking virtualization and digital transformation projects.

As traditional infrastructure shifts to multi-cloud, SaaS and hybrid, user experience and business outcomes depend on the seamless execution and interplay between network and application performance. A/NPM-as-a-Service allows MSPs to offer real-time visibility into their customers’ business-critical applications, and all digital assets supporting them, while providing rapid resolution of end-user performance degradation issues.

Sergio Bea, Accedian’s VP, Enterprise and Channels explains, “Our MSP partners appreciate our straightforward, partner-centric business model. This approach affords multiple benefits in the shortest time, with the least effort. Base revenue is augmented by the simplicity with which MSPs can add and integrate complementary solutions, helping them to increase service revenue, deepen customer relationships, and monetize digital transformation.”

MSPs will benefit from solid margins derived from flexible subscription-based services that deliver faster time-to-revenue. The A/NPM-as-a-Service offering is built on the SkyLIGHT™ PVX platform, recognized for its exceptional time-to-insight, low total cost of ownership (TCO), and simple four-step SNAP 4X™ service creation methodology.

MSPs deploying A/NPM-as-a-Service benefits include:

  • Accelerating end-to-end performance troubleshooting
  • Reducing risk in application roll-out
  • Reducing risk and time to complete data center and infrastructure migration
  • Optimizing application delivery and end-user experience
  • Managing application performance in hybrid-cloud, VMware, and Citrix environments
  • Delivering flawless unified communications and VoIP over distributed organizations
