Zoho, a prominent global technology enterprise, has reported an impressive 43% surge in UK growth, alongside a threefold increase in staff numbers over the past two years. This growth underlines Zoho's continuous investment and dedication to its UK operations.

In an effort to accommodate this expansion, the company plans to relocate from its current Bletchley headquarters to a new site in Milton Keynes by the first quarter of 2026. This move aligns with Zoho's commitment to local investment, coupled with the scheduled launch of a UK data centre in the same time frame. This initiative aims to allow customers to secure their data within UK borders and enhance the delivery of AI-driven solutions.

Zoho's "Transnational Localism" strategy remains at the heart of its operations, focusing on empowering local teams with expertise tailored to the needs of UK businesses. As part of this strategy, roles across sales, marketing, and customer support are being expanded.

According to Zoho UK's Managing Director, Sachin Agrawal, the company is committed to enhancing customer experiences despite the economic and geopolitical challenges. He emphasises the necessity of hosting data within the UK to address privacy concerns, especially pertinent to sectors like public services and finance. Agrawal underlines the crucial role of their forthcoming data centre in fortifying data protection efforts.

Zoho will utilise the platform at Zoholics Birmingham to showcase upgrades in their solutions designed to aid in local regulatory compliance. Zoho Books, already recognised by HMRC for VAT compliance, will unveil its new status as a software provider for Making Tax Digital for ITSA, supporting traders in recording and filing income tax digitally.

Innovations continue with new AI features in Zoho's offerings. Enhancements in Zoho CRM Zia include predictive sales and churn insights, content generation, and sales anomaly identification. Self-sufficient Zia Agents, powered by AI, aim to deliver human-like operational experiences across various business functions.

The introduction of the "Ulaa Enterprise," a privacy-centric browser tailored for enterprise needs, further underscores Zoho's commitment to security and customer-focused innovations. Additionally, the company reports commendable growth in its UK partner network, which has doubled in premium partners over the past year.

Zoho's investment extends beyond business growth, prioritising local community engagement and educational endeavours. Efforts encompass sponsorships, partnerships with prestigious universities, and active participation in strategic industry debates.

By delivering over 55 cloud-based applications, Zoho continues to empower businesses in sales, finance, and customer operations, bolstered by productivity and collaboration tools.
