Zscaler opens new european headquarters in London

Zscaler expands its footprint in EMEA with a new London headquarters, boosting its growth strategy and enhancing cybersecurity services in the region.

Zscaler, a leader in cloud security, has officially inaugurated its new European headquarters in the historic The Royal Exchange, London. Located on the third floor, this strategic hub aims to consolidate leadership, strategic consultancy, sales, and marketing, all under one roof. This move is part of Zscaler's EMEA growth strategy, focusing on delivering secure, digital-first experiences worldwide.

The highlight of this new space is the first purpose-built Executive Design Center (EDC) for the EMEA region. The London EDC provides customers and prospects with an opportunity to experience the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform firsthand. It's tailored to support the co-creation of modern, secure transformation strategies to tackle acute cybersecurity challenges like AI governance and data residency.

Brian Marvin, Senior Vice President Sales EMEA at Zscaler, emphasized the importance of this investment, signaling a continued commitment to EMEA as a pivotal hub for security innovation and talent acquisition. The demand in the region is notably rising as more organizations shift to a zero trust model in response to growing concerns about threat protection, data sovereignty, and operational resilience.

EMEA remains Zscaler's second-largest market, contributing about 30% of its global revenue. Over the past two years, Zscaler has expanded its presence by establishing offices in strategic locations such as Germany, France, the Netherlands, and the UAE.

The new EMEA hub boasts state-of-the-art workspaces intended to encourage collaboration and productivity, while also adapting to ever-changing staff needs. Brendan Castle, Chief People Officer at Zscaler, stressed the commitment to investing in the team's growth and adapting the future of work within The Royal Exchange.

In London, a pivotal tech ecosystem offers Zscaler unmatched access to talent, enterprise clients, policymakers, and partners. As part of its growth blueprint, Zscaler is gearing to boost its UK headcount, with recruitments focusing on sales, solution engineering, cybersecurity analysis, research, and partner enablement.

“The UK - and London specifically - is a place where we can see digital transformation happening at pace, “said Justin Brooks, Vice President, UK & Ireland at Zscaler. “It’s where innovation, security, and business leadership intersect – which is exactly where Zscaler belongs.”
