NinjaOne promotes Andre Schindler to Senior Vice President of Global Sales

Schindler also remains GM of EMEA; global promotion follows 75% YoY customer growth in EMEA.

NinjaOne says that Andre Schindler has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Global Sales. In his new worldwide sales role, Schindler will initially lead the global account management and sales development teams. Schindler will also continue his duties as General Manager, EMEA, and oversee all EMEA operations and growth.

Schindler founded NinjaOne’s EMEA headquarters in Berlin in 2018 and built up the sales and service organisations across Europe where NinjaOne has thousands of happy customers. Under his leadership, NinjaOne has had great success in the DACH market and, more broadly, across EMEA, with year-over-year customer growth hitting 70 percent and 75 percent respectively from H1 2023 to H1 2024. NinjaOne’s EMEA headquarters has also significantly grown, with hundreds of employees working out of the Berlin office.

NinjaOne automates the hardest parts of IT with endpoint management for any device, anywhere. The cloud-native NinjaOne Platform® increases productivity, reduces risks, and lowers costs for IT teams by unifying visibility and control of all devices. Organisations use NinjaOne and its wide range of IT and security integrations for use cases including patch management, software deployment, remote access, and endpoint backup. In fact, NinjaOne has been named the top-rated software on G2 in eight categories, including endpoint management, RMM, MDM, and patch management.

“This is a time of significant, global growth for NinjaOne, and the endpoint management category as a whole,” said Sal Sferlazza, CEO and co-founder at NinjaOne. “Andre is a proven business leader with an impressive track record of building and coaching teams to deliver exceptional results. Most importantly, he embodies NinjaOne’s customer-obsessed culture, so I’m thrilled to promote him to SVP of Global Sales where he’ll continue to drive outstanding results for our customers, our partners, and the company.”

“Even after six years as a Ninja, I continue to be inspired by our culture and commitment to making our customers successful,” said Schindler. “No matter their region or industry, IT teams and MSPs are facing the momentous task of managing and securing the growing number of endpoints and devices their employees use. I am truly honored to lead our global and EMEA teams to continue to make our customers the most successful in industry.”
