Telenor IoT has introduced IoT Complete, a first of its kind end-to-end connectivity service for companies looking to connect their products faster, easier, and with higher quality. Through a single subscription from Telenor, enterprises can easily and quickly connect their products globally with a configuration only approach. The subscription includes connectivity hardware, mobile connectivity, cloud integration and end-user applications, all managed through a single portal and set of APIs.

Mats Lundquist, CEO of Telenor Connexion, says: “More and more industries are trying to leverage IoT to enable digitalization and meet sustainability challenges. IoT Complete is a revolutionary step that allows businesses to dramatically accelerate their digitalization journeys and save time and money by alleviating competence bottlenecks in traditional IoT infrastructure.”

IoT Complete is built to allow flexibility and scalability while dramatically reducing time and effort to connect products and services compared to using traditional IoT architectures.

Over time capabilities and level of integration can be increased enabling cost-efficient scaling to large volumes. Superior quality is ensured through Telenor IoT’s access to more than 500+ mobile networks globally and real time AI/ML-based monitoring of managed hardware and connections.

Using the service, enterprises can start small and rapidly test and configure their concepts in the market through standard hardware interfaces.

Niklas Agerhem, Head of IoT Complete at Telenor IoT, says: “IoT Complete is a game-changer for businesses looking to connect their products. We’re removing the complexity and reducing upfront investments required by enterprises, allowing them to deliver fully operational connected solutions in weeks instead of years.”

Commercial deployments are currently underway, with lead customers already using IoT Complete.

Ralf Bergne, Product Area Director at Systemair AB, says: “We are excited to embark on this journey with Telenor IoT, as it enables us to accelerate our digitalization efforts. Through the IoT Complete service, we can now easily integrate plug-and-play connectivity in our products, allowing us to allocate more time and resources towards enhancing our services. In addition, the new service ensures that we establish a scalable approach to operations and management of subscriptions already from day one.”

The service will be selectively introduced in Europe throughout 2023, followed by a broader global rollout in 2024.
