Luminance forms strategic partnership with Hitachi Vantara

Luminance, the AI provider for legal process automation, has entered into a strategic partnership with Hitachi Vantara to help deliver Luminance’s advanced AI software to major corporations around the world.

Hitachi Vantara and Luminance share a common goal in providing advanced automation solutions that enable customers to enhance efficiency and optimise operational performance. For many organisations facing tightening budgets, increased efficiency demands and exploding volumes of data in need of storage and review, automation technology is now playing a critical role in every facet of global businesses. Against this backdrop, growing numbers of organisations, including Hitachi Vantara, are turning to Luminance’s AI to automate their legal departments and drive efficiencies across their enterprise.

 

Having experienced first-hand the ability of Luminance’s AI to revolutionise its contract creation and negotiation processes, Hitachi Vantara will now look to bring Luminance’s next-generation technology to its customer base and beyond. By providing the option to trial Luminance’s award-winning AI when purchasing products and services, Hitachi Vantara will ensure its customers can unlock maximum business value through innovation.

 

Indeed, with over 500 customers globally, including all the Big Four and multinational corporations including Koch Industries, Liberty Mutual Surety and Avianca Airlines, Luminance’s technology is the first AI in the world that can be used out-of-the-box to take a first pass review of incoming contracts, with in-built knowledge banks suggesting compliant wording for areas that present risk.
