EXASOL extends support for cloud computing
Fast, in-memory analytic database available via AWS Marketplace allows organizations to put data and analytics at the heart of their business.

As more and more organizations see value in running applications in the cloud, the same goes for high-speed data analytics. As a result, EXASOL has extended its support for cloud computing infrastructures by making its MPP in-memory analytic database available on Amazon Web Services via the AWS Marketplace. The offering includes community support with additional support packages available on request.
EXASOL uses the flexibility and scalability of Amazon Web Services so users can spend more time analyzing data in order to innovate and drive their businesses forward, rather than spending time on database installation, tuning and maintenance issues, thanks to the self-tuning capabilities of the EXASOL in-memory analytic database.
Companies can now go to the AWS Marketplace and get started with their data analytics within just a few minutes. As a result, they can dramatically speed up their business intelligence and reporting projects, all with the click of a mouse and at a price that suits their operational expenditure budgets.
“Offering tailor-made and flexible analytic solutions in the cloud has not always been possible due to the lack of compute power to run high performance analytic databases,” comments Jens Graupmann, VP Product Management, EXASOL. “Amazon Web Services bridges this gap. Now, companies of all sizes can now take advantage of EXASOL’s performance-beating in-memory analytic database on the world’s most significant cloud platform. This is of great benefit to organizations that want to get started with data analytics fast but cannot invest upfront in analytic infrastructures, and it will be interesting to see what new data-driven businesses are created as a result.”
