Sublett brings more than 17 years of technology sales and marketing experience to Rackspace. In her previous role as CMO of Americas at Rackspace, she was responsible for driving demand generation through events, field and channel marketing, ecommerce, telesales and digital marketing. Before coming to Rackspace, she held a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions at Dell. Most notably, Sublett served as the executive director of marketing for Dell Latin America, where she managed all facets of marketing across multiple channels including digital, offline, retail, distribution and value added resellers. In this role, Sublett helped drive record pipeline growth and conversion of leads to sales, in the region, while doubling marketing's contribution to the business.
Sublett has received numerous professional honours throughout her career. She was recently named a 2016 Henry Crown Fellow. The prestigious Henry Crown Fellowship Program, the flagship program within the Aspen Global Leadership Network, recognises leaders under the age of 45 from across the country who have achieved success and are ready to apply their creative talents and skills to building a better society. Sublett was also named to Hot Topics’ 2016 list of the 100 most influential B2B tech marketers in North America. In 2013, HispanicBusiness.com named Sublett one of the Top 50 Influential Hispanics in the United States. In 2011, she was given The Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever award by the Hispanic Association of Corporate Responsibility. Sublett sits on the boards for The Texas Conference for Women, The Thinkery and The Austin Community Foundation.
