The new solution synchronizes corporate data, allowing users to access and share business files and folders easily and securely. When combined with the nFinity® nWorkspace™ Workspace as a Service, the enhanced file and folder sharing solution provides greater workplace mobility. The business-class service provides AES-256 military grade encryption for fast and secure file storage and access from any location or computing device.

According to IDC’s Worldwide File Synchronization and Sharing Forecast, “The [file sync and share] market will grow to $2.3 billion by 2018, representing a 23.1% five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) since 2013. The healthy growth rate through 2018 will continue to be driven by the shift to cloud, mobile use of file sync and share (FSS), and the ability to share and collaborate with others effectively.”(1)

nFinity Drive 2.0 delivers a rich feature set that makes it simple to access file data or collaborate with colleagues, regardless of location. Users have multiple options in how they share files and folders with internal and external contacts, and retain full control over the data they have shared. Additionally, the user can set policies that determine how files and folders can be accessed. From an administrator perspective, nFinity Drive 2.0 provides full oversight over corporate data, supported by a comprehensive dashboard, detailed reporting, and fine-grained controls. The solution offers unlimited data retention, remote wiping, continuous data backup (CDP), and rapid file recovery, setting the bar for business-class file sync and share.

Key features of nFinity Drive 2.0 include:
•       Secure file access from anywhere, across multiple devices
