The service provides businesses and individuals a free no-obligation evaluation report in only four hours, including a straightforward report on the state of the data and a technical inspection of the media. This free service helps customers to make an informed decision on whether they want to proceed with the recovery.

The Freeval service is available for single drive systems, external devices and removable media up to 2TB. The service includes four fixed priced data recovery levels, starting at £299, removing any cost uncertainties around the recovery of data.
