Barracuda announces granular recovery for Microsoft SharePoint

Barracuda Networks, Inc. has announced a global relationship with Kroll Ontrack to provide granular recovery for protecting Microsoft® SharePoint® with Ontrack® PowerControls™. This technology expands the SharePoint recovery options available to Barracuda Backup customers.

With Ontrack PowerControls and Barracuda, customers can recover individual data sets from SQL Server backups with just a few clicks. Additionally, customers can view revisions and search for files.
Ontrack PowerControls gives Barracuda Backup customers the ability to:

· Recover individual items from existing SharePoint backups
· Restore individual items, lists, libraries and folders
· Conduct eDiscovery searches and collections from backups
